Job Title : Team Member II - Process Quality Management (On Third Party Payroll)
Department : Quality Management
Role Definition : Responsible for assisting in reviewing and monitoring the effectiveness and operation of the quality management system, process quality control plan including proposing and implementing improvements as agreed with the management team
Key Role & Responsibility : Operational -Involves in team drive actions to help improvements -Interprets quality management system to people within the organization -Shares responsibility in implementing and maintenance of the Integrated Management System -Supports in conducting IMS Internal audits -Assists all personnel implementing the Integrated Management System -Shares responsibility in finding , handling, analysing and correcting the non conformities related to the Business process and Integrated Management System -Coordinates with cross function departments -Supports in organizing events and celebrations to improve quality awareness in organization -Support to global function for assigned task related to Integrated Management System -Modification to IMS portal in coordination with global process owners -Individual contribution, working infer supervision
Additional Responsibility : TM II Individual contribution Working under supervision
Education qualification & Experience : Bachelor's degree in Engineering discipline or Graduate in Science with 5+ years experience in EPC environment
