Job Title : Project Construction Manager
Department : Construction Execution & Site Management
Role Definition : Responsible for providing strategic leadership to Construction Proposal & Execution by working with the Global Construction Execution Head, Project Manager and other Functional Heads to Execute varioues types of Contracts like EPC/EPSS etc successfully within budgeted cost and time Schedule for Regional and Global Project. 2) Support at Home Office for Global Projects as required for smooth operation. 3) Lead the Construction team, Plan and co-ordinate construction enggineering task.
Key Role & Responsibility : # Strategy: - Provide leadership in construction projects by performing in construction engineering, execution, budget control to ensure successful completion of projects. - Define & implement construction execution strategies / philosophy in an EPC project environment with highest safety and quality standards and ensure strict adherence to project cost and timelines. - Ensue HSE compliance and demonstrate commitment towards developing inter-dependent Safety culture for achieving zero harm. - Demonstrate Visible Leadership towards HSE implementation?at Project Site and workplace?in line with corporate vision. - Stackholder management during entire project life cycle. # Proposal & Project: - Develop Construction Execution Plan during proposal and project execution, - Develop the construction management procedures and practices in association with global construction organization. - Spearhead and conduct constructability reviews during Proposal & Execution phase of the project and actively participate in design model reviews - Record opportunities, risks and deviations in order to identify necessary corrections and improvement potentials - Define appropriate measures and follow-up with their effective implementation - Plan and check the cost centres in the sphere of responsibility and the related maintenance - Cater to the needs of LE worldwide projects for construction management services. - Enhance quality and HSE standards at the operational level. - Develop construction management skills appropriate for LE portfolio through on Job and off Job training. - Maintain Lesson Learnt (LL) and actions thereafter for future projects.????????????? - Develop sub-contracting strategy and work closely with Sub-contracting Manager for Identification of Contractor. ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? ?? ??? - Participate in Techno-commercial negociations for Selection of Contractors for Project. # Competencies and Resource Management: - Lead Multiple decipline Construction Project from Home Office. - Provide Leadership support to Construction site team, Interface management with other stack holders in EPC Projects. - Monitor / Control the Project performance. - Lead the team and deliver the Project with time , cost and schedule. - Identify and Manage the Risk and mitigation plan. - Conduct Constructibility review and prepare plan for deliverable. - Monitor and control of Cost & Schedule. - Good Leadership, communication and negociation skill. # Process Management: - Contribute in construction management procedures and practices in association with BF - Construction organization at LE - Align corporate strategies, philosophies and ethics in construction organization. - Good Knoweldge on LE Global Construction process for Execution.
Additional Responsibility : 1) In depth and breadth knowledge of EPC industry through Proposal handling and Execution roles experience 2) Through knowlede of Construction Management including Construction Engineering 3) In depth knowledge of working at home office tasks with expert level competencies 4) Worked in full project cycle of min. 150 million USD Project 5) Global Experience of Managing Construction Projects. 6) Capability to manage projects up to criticality 3. 7) Atleast one criticality 2 Project handled in the position of a Site Manager.
Education qualification & Experience : -Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline. - Shall have experience to manage large projects in Refinery / Petrochemicals / Chemicals / LNG Sectors as a core employee of an reputed Indian / Multinational EPC / PMC organisation. - Experience in handling contract close-out, arbitration inputs -Minimum 20 years of experience in construction domain in EPC environment. -Capable to manage a team size of minimum 20-30. ???????????????????????????????????? - Experiance of Handling 2-3 projects upto criticality3. ??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? ?????- PMP or Equivalent??Certification. ?????????????????????????????????????????????????? ????????? - Good Leadership and Presentation Skill. - Good communication & Interpersonal skill is essential.

Adequate knowledge of process plant construction, process module assembly and skid manufacturing
