Key Role & Responsibility |
: |
Proposal & Project Execution
- Create concepts, execution plans to provide robust technical and cost effective solutions specific to the project / customer
- Analyse contract and examine relevant scope and interfaces
- Early identification of risks and implement mitigations
- Participate in budget and execution schedule review
- Estimate cost and concept for proposals
- Deliver quality deliverable and control budget and schedule
- Develop cost effective, quality and HSE related concepts and solutions
- Review critical calculations, specifications, concepts and approve project deliverables
- Manage small size project / proposal independently or Area Lead of a mid/ large size project
Interface Management & Alignment
- Co-ordinate with other EN disciplines and functions, vendors, sub-contractors, clients, PMC and entities
- Co-ordinate and supervise quality of the the team and external partners
- Work with matrix organization ie. reporting to Project/Engineering Managers for project matters and Line Managers for functional matters
Development & Continuous Improvement
- Contribute towards organizational quality, training and improvement initiatives and implementation in the projects, proposals
- Participate as auditee during internal and external process and technical audits and accountable for closure of audit, implementation of preventive and corrective actions
- Conduct technical meetings with the department for know-how backflow and lessons learnt
People Management
- Plan, manage resources including task assignment to project team members within the project
- Monitor, coach and develop team to enhance overall capabilities |

Education qualification & Experience |
: |
1. Bachelor of Mechanical/Production/Chemical Engineering with 10 + years or Diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering with 15+ years of experience
2. Site experience will be an added advantage |
Technical Knowledge |
: |
• Experience in handling of PEM or AEL technology-based electrolysers including balance of plant (BOP):
— Electrolyser
— Gas Liquid Separation System (H2/O2)
— H2 Purification including DeOxo unit w/electric heater and H2 Dryer System
— Water pre-treatment / demineralization
— Cooling tower
— Interface management of above with Client/Licensor
• Conceptual knowledge w.r.t
— Hazardous Safety aspect
— Layout
— Operability and maintainability
— Performance
• Experience in Green H2 proposals
— Review of ITB and Scope alignment/Clarification
— Manhours estimation/staffing
— Risk assessment
— Value engineering
• Basic & detailed engineering and procurement of electrolyser package units, including handling of vendor bids; experience in FEED is preferred.
• Experience in developing electrolyser package unit enquiry and order specification for procurement
• Project co-ordination for the Package Units in the sense of complete responsibility for electrolyser package Unit
• Experience in interface with various engineering disciplines (process, instrumentation, electrical, piping, steel structure and civil, safety, etc.)
• Co-ordination and technical clarifications with Suppliers for complete electrolyser package unit with support from other disciplines
• Interfaces and Co-ordination with stack holder (Client, subcontractor etc)
• Responsibility of Technical requirements, Cost control and Delivery Schedule for electrolyser package units
• Execution of technical inspections and Functional tests at manufacturer workshops is preferred.
• Knowledge of Process, Control and Safety aspects of the package units is preferred.
• Expected Code and standards knowledge: ASME, API, ISO, EN, ASTM, ISO 22734 and knowledge of Hydrogen safety |
