| Key Role & Responsibility | : | Operational : - Participates in cross-functional implementation projects for digital initiatives on a global basis. - Collaborates closely with internal and external partners. - Contributes to the development of a digital vision and direction - Ensures implementation of project execution strategies, - Monitors and reports digitalization improvement initiatives for successful execution - Understanding of Linde tools and software being used within functional departments Interfacing & Alignment : - Internal and external co-ordination with other EN disciplines, IT, internal customers - Individual contributors for small to mid size projects - Working on tasks assigned with little supervision. |
