Job Title : Manager Sales - Fired Capital Equipment
Department : Product Sales
Role Definition : Roles at this level are responsible for generation of leads and ensuring delivery of the critical proposal(s) within time and quality constraints, tendering procedures and commercial/bid strategy , by coordinating all involved departments : technical, project execurion, contract, estimation, finance etc.
Key Role & Responsibility : 1. Sales & Proposal Management - Scout and Develop new leads for allocated products in the market. - Work with Process Design Engineering team to develop the proposition meeting customer requirements. - Prepare and develop proposals as per IMS Procedures including win strategies. -Coordinates the preparation of qualification documents , sales related documentation and publication -Ensures the delivery of the asssigned proposal(s) within time, budget, quality constraints, tendering procedures, commercial/bid strategy set up by sales and client requirements - Responsible for achieving assigned product sales targets. -Reviews project specification requirement and solves the customer needs by providing value engineered solutions -Facilitates the handover of the project to project manager -Carries out the tender, expands and grabs the opportunity -Scouts for potential customers, gets the inquiry,does necessary sales pitches and intakes the order -Participates in end-to-end bid management - Develop a standardization of products concept & estimation 2. Stakeholder management -Coordinates the input from all involved departments and challenge proposed solutions in order to optimise and costs and schedule -Works in close collaboration with the other departments within the BD&Sales unit -Engages with the customers during the development phase of the project and participates in technical negotiation with the clients - Present to customers the product portfolio and organisation brand value. 4. Policy & Process Compliance - Ensure that organization and statutory standards on safety & compliance are met during entire execution cycle
Additional Responsibility : Sales Target : 5 - 10 m Euro Product portfolio : Handling atleast two products or Fired Capital Equipment portfolio Size of the projects : <10 m Euro Complexity of the projects : 0, 1
Education qualification & Experience : Minimum 10+ years of experience Bachelor of Engineering or Masters in Business Administration
Technical Knowledge : Technical know how about Reformers / Furnaces / Fired Heaters / Incinerators / Submerged Vaporisers
Preferred SkillSet : Customer Management, Opportunity Development, Sales Strategy, Proposal Preparations including internal coordination, Cost Understanding & Pricing, Stake Holder Management
Targeted Industries : Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Fertilizers & Pharma
