Job Title : Microsoft 365 Expert/Principle
Department : IT Infrastructure
Role Definition : Roles at this level are experienced individuals responsible for studying the internal and external developments within the own specialism, applying IT solutions and implementing IT policies, procedures and/or guidelines, within the own functional area and in line with existing strategies and policies, and business needs, in order to ensure the availability of integrated IT solutions for specialized issues. They are technical experts in their area of specialization.
Key Role & Responsibility :
  •           You will be the Expert for Microsoft 365 tools and services in the region supporting our global Linde Engineering IT Service Manager for Microsoft (Office) 365.
  •           Consult end-users on their O365 related demand (productivity improvements)
  •           Support the global Linde Engineering IT Service Manager in implementation, rollout and change management for our Microsoft (Office) 365 roadmap activities.
  •           Collaborate closely with Linde Group Office 365 core team and adjust global approaches to Linde Engineering needs. Support appropriate change management activities to increase adoption.
  •           Support the global Linde Engineering IT Service Manager in managing the O365 change champions network and develop together with the business new use cases for Office 365 based collaboration.
  •           Communicate, coordinate, and discuss Office365 related topics with our Linde Engineering IT Service Manager for Office 365 and Linde Engineering IT locations globally and share best practice and new approaches.
  •           Ensure that proper process documentation is available and updated. Support regional/local IT by providing appropriate end-user communication.
  •           Troubleshooting and resolving issues from a 2nd level perspective supporting the end-users and drive any required escalation with the Linde Group Office 365 core team L2 support resp. with the 3rd level support
  •           Participate in periodic after-hours IT support, projects & systems maintenance.
  •       Support the optimizing of M365 License spend in LE
Education qualification & Experience : Bachelor of Engineering in any discipline or BCA. Certified Microsoft 365 (Office 365) Fundamentals or Office Specialist 7 to 8 years' Experience
Technical Knowledge :
  •    Deep knowledge of Microsoft/Office 365 tools and services from end-user usability and administrative perspective.
  •    Excellent written and oral communication skills, problem-solving skills, process & change management skills, along with the ability to analyze processes in an existing Business environment and openness to understand existing customization to support and educate the Business applications user environment.
  •     Strong end-user communication, networking and change management skills in an intercultural environment. With the ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
  •     Structured and team-oriented approach to work, with good documentation skills.
  •     Project management skills to manage on time and budget. Keen attention to detail.
  •      Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Preferred SkillSet :

       Minimum 3 years’ experience as IT Service Manager, IT Change Manager or IT Project Manager

Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools and services 
Targeted Industries : • Candidate who has worked in EPC organization in similar profile is preferred. • Experience in a global acting company together with all social and communicative competences involved.
