Job Title : License Management Executive

Role Definition : Roles at this level are individual contributors that participates in technical design, development, implementation and support of application systems for specific area
Key Role & Responsibility : Application Development -Implements full software development lifecycle(SDLC) for small to mid size IT projects or part of software development lifecycle(SDLC) for large IT projects with minimum supervision Issues management -Maintains and troubleshoots the application systems in scope -Identifies and understands the Business requirements in terms of system support and functionalities -Coordinates with the Business functions for any upgradation/ modifications required in the system or any new developments -Provides the technical assistance & coordinates with the Application users for streamlining & successful execution of different Business system processes - Provides L2 & L3 support for applications in scope and for specific modules/applications L1 requests are handled within time and delivered Documentation -Contributes in preparing user and technical documentation and reports SAP applications -Provides technical support to the end user in the form of troubleshooting the issues -Supports in the implementation of the IT projects -Supports in debugging and troubleshooting in the various SAP modules -Coordinates with the other functions to gather functional requirements for the ABAP, ODATA devlopment and BASIS tasks - Implements configs and data in SAP
Additional Responsibility : Guiding and training group of users. - Provide solution to high complexity problems and requirements - Independent implementation and support of applications under the scope
Education qualification & Experience : - B.E./ M.C.A. - Minimum 5+ years of hands on relevant experience OR Any graduate with minimum 6+ years of relevant experience -SAP certified individuals preferred
Technical Knowledge : • Strong techno-commercial background. • Experienced in license management processes & systems. • Sound knowledge of software licensing/assets of major software vendors especially Engineering software. • Have good understanding of software licensing models, license agreements, and legal framework. • Precise and well-structured way of working • Good in documentation • Ability to work with application owners in person as well as ‘at a distance’. • Experience of working in a global team environment. • Ability to approach problems analytically. • Able to use various analytical tools and reports at an expert level • Able to write scripts in PowerShell or write codes in C# • Able to write macros and SQL queries.
Preferred SkillSet : Expertise in MS Office, Power BI, SSRS. Professional knowledge of macros, SQL queries, PowerShell or C#
