Functional Competency
- Administration and customisation of specific application/s or development on and around applications
- Ability to carry out customisation / development for functional discipline's input and output requirement in specific application
- Ensures adherence to Industry codes and standards as well as functional department practices and procedures
- Knowledge of programming languages like .Net, C#, VB6, C++, etc. will be preferable
- Knowledge of RDBMS like SQL server or Oracle will be preferable
- Responsible for management of all activities related to his/her discipline in the project where multiple entity will be involved
- Perform Quality check of application data & take responsibility for overall data
- Able to prepare project execution strategies,
- Able to identify & perform department specific Risk management
- Able to prepare project execution organogram / man-power requirement & planning
Effective & timely reporting
- Understanding of Linde tools and software being used within functional departments
‘Interfacing & Alignment
- Internal and external co-ordination with other EN disciplines, IT, Digitalization, clients / PMC, other entity
- Representation of the interest of the department to internal stake holders
- self-starter with minimal supervision, independent, confident and presentable
‘Continuous Improvement
- Liaise with Design expert for system improvements & modifications
- Support integration with other EN applications, data exchange and data handover
- Take lead in development and implementation of new procedures, work instruction and workflows, productive tools development, conducting training, etc.

- Ability to coach, mentor and share knowledge
- Leading a team of specific application/s Administrators or Developers
- Managing multiple projects |

Education qualification & Experience |

1. Master / Bachelor degree / Diplom in Engineering / Computer application / Science / Information Technology
2. Minimum work experience of 8+ years in the relevant field |
Technical Knowledge |

- Implementation & setup of new projects in SPI
- Configure Project, Users & Groups, Plant hierarchy, Project Naming Conventions
- Project (SPI) domain administration, trouble shooting, user support & training
- Execute / resolves database Audits & Improve team cognizance on audit report
- Detailed knowledge of SPI - Enhanced Report, External Editor, Process Data Editor, Internal Set-up Utility, DB check Utility, Import utility, Rule Manager
- Knowledge of all types of deliverables issued from discipline or applications
- Template & Symbol Development, Drawing & Report layout preparation
- Report Development including customized reports based on team/client req.
- Successful creation/extraction of reports out of SPI & related applications (For documents like Instrument Index, Specification sheet, Wiring, Hook-up etc.)
- General drafting abilities of Smart Sketch & Specification reports
- Maintain consistency within/among various applications (Rev. Management)
- Knowledge of SPI Table structures is preferable
- Handover of SPI Project design & reference data to client |
