Job Title : Team Member - Customer Service/Linde Plantserv®

Key Role & Responsibility : –        Be a focal point to Linde customers w.r.t. Linde Plantserv® / After Sales activities–         Act as a Business Development & Proposal Manager for Linde Plantserv® Opportunities–         Clear understanding of customer expectations and requirements. Accordingly coordinate with internal stakeholders in preparing and submitting Techno-Commercial Offers–         Should be a solution provider / identifier –         Act as a Project Manager for small / non- critical project –         Record & Implement lessons learned       Strictly adhere and implement IMS Procedures or workflows. Record/Document any deviations -if Any Should work independently
Additional Responsibility : MS Office, Outlook, MS Projects Optional: GDMS, IMS, Sales Force
Education qualification & Experience : BE (Chemical / Mechanical/E&I) - MBA/PMP would be added advantage
Technical Knowledge :

-      Knowledge of EPC functions

- Prior Experience in any of two fields: Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, HyCO or Air Separation technologies

- Preferably a Process /Operations / Commissioning Background resource

-    Prior experience in sales / Project management would be          an added advantage
