Job Title / Position : Plantserv - Sales & Execution Manger
Department : Plantserv
Description : Roles at this level are responsible for post-delivery relationship with clients to establish all deliveries made by LEI have met with contractual requirements
Educational Qualifications : B.E/B.Tech in Engineering Minimum 10+ years of experience with domain expertise in the service function
Technical / Subject Knowledge :

− Knowledge of EPC functions

− Prior Experience in any of two fields: Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, HyCO or Air Separation technologies

− Preferably a Process /Operations / Commissioning Background resource

− Prior experience in sales / Project management would be an added advantage

Skill Sets :

– Customer Focus, Ownership, Agile & Can-do attitude is must for this role

- Strong Analytical Skills

– Cross-cultural communication skill has importance as the role deals with multicultural customers (in India & SEA) & internal stake-holders from round the globe

– Should ‘speak/write/read’ good English.

– Leadership quality for driving solutions

– Shall be ready to take up different challenges, work independently and shall have a desire to learn

Targeted Industries : Petrochemical , Fertilizers, Refineries etc.
Key Role & Responsibility :

Operational

-Responsible for ensuring continuous and stable operations during the entire lifecycle of the client's plant

-Accounable for post delivery relationship with clients to establish all deliveries made by LEI have met with contractual requirements

-Ensures that a high qaulity of after sales/ after warranty technical support and -maintenance is provided to the clients

Stakeholder management

-Maintains and develops and deepens LEI business relationships with clients by ensuring the completion of assessment and feedback processes to rate client satisfaction with delivered outcomes and to develop plans to resolve any outstanding matters

-Provides strong technical expertise support to clients to enable the successful and timely resolution of issues and problems to ensure continued client satisfaction
