Job Title / Position : Plant Life Cycle Manager - Customer Services / Linde Plantserv®
Department : Customer Service
Description : -        This position is supposed to support complete “Plant Life Cycle activities” of Linde Kryotechnik AG (LKT) business within India
Educational Qualifications : Mechatronics Engineer will be ideal for this role (or) BE (Chemical / Mechanical / Instrumentation)
Technical / Subject Knowledge :

− Knowledge of EPC functions and Cryogenics

− Prior Experience in Air Separation / LH2 / LHe technologies required

− Field Experience / Commissioning Background is must

− Prior experience is sales / Project management would be an added advantage

− Basic knowledge about Plant Life Cycle Activities

− Prior Experience in any of two fields: Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, HyCO or Air Separation technologies would be an added advantage

Software Tools & Technology : SIEMENS – Step7, WinCC, MS Office, Outlook, MS Projects Optional: GDMS, IMS, Sales Force
Targeted Industries : Deep Cryogenics & Linde Technology Portfolio Industries
Key Role & Responsibility :

– Be a focal point for all Plant Life Cycle activities w.r.t. Linde Kryotechnik AG (LKT) Technologies in India (i.e. Business Development to After Sales)

– For Linde Kryotechnik AG (LKT) Technologies

Perform Business Development & Sales activities, act a Project Coordinator, Perform Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning (independently with back end support from LKT) and Co-ordinate /perform after sales activities.

– Clear understanding of customer expectations and requirements. Accordingly coordinate with internal stakeholders in addressing customer queries

– Should be a solution provider / identifier

– Should work independently

– Support LEI customer services (Linde Plantserv®) department on need basis

Soft Skills :

– Customer Focus, Ownership & Can-do attitude is must for this role

– Leadership quality for driving solutions

– Cross-cultural communication skill has importance as the role deals with lot of interaction with customers (in India & SEA) & internal stake-holders from round the globe

– Good in ‘speak/write/read’ English Language.

– Shall be ready to take up different challenges, work independently and shall have a desire to learn
