Technical / Subject Knowledge :

• Experienced in administering and supporting applications like Documentum, Adobe and other project correspondence and content management applications

• Hands on experience in troubleshooting Document management system and workflow

• Expertise in managing and supporting users for standard software programs

• Understanding of Windows-based server infrastructure and network, AD, storage

• Experience of working with global teams and supporting global users

• Knowledge of project management tool JIRA preferred

• Basic understanding of Windows-based server infrastructure and network, AD, storage

• Experience or basic understanding of EPC organization

Targeted Industries : EPC organizations
Key Role & Responsibility :

• Collect user queries for applications such as Documents Management (classic Documentum, Seclore-based Rights Management, Acrobat-based custom tools)

• Maintain the systems, ensure compatibility with other infrastructure, e.g. operating system, MS Office versions etc.

• Provide level-1 and Level-2 support for the assigned applications

• Change management skills to convince users for the benefits of a given solution

• Support low to medium complexity tasks independently or with minimum guidance

• Observing Documentum server, collecting information from the DMS and analyze using Access, Excel

• Participate in application upgrades, testing and roll-out

• Good in troubleshooting of systems down to root-cause

Soft Skills :

Good verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in English language. Ability work within team of different cultures and to work with and understand business requirements. Good learning capabilities. Willingness to take initiative.
