- Qualification and experience in design and engineering of package units, including proposal handling.
- Basic qualification and experience in interface disciplines (instrumentation, electric, piping, steel structure and civil, safety)
- Project co-ordination for the Package Units in the sense of "Complete Responsibility for Package Unit"
- Co-ordination and technical clarifications with manufacturer for complete package unit with support from other disciplines
- Technical, cost and delivery time responsibility for package unit
- Execution of technical inspections in manufacturer workshops
- Experience in package units specification, technical procurement and package units project handling required

Codes and Standards: - ASME, EN / PED, AD 2000, ANSI, API, ASTM

Key Role & Responsibility |
: |
- Mechanical specification of Package Units
- Preparation of mechanical data sheets, equipment and package units specifications, definition of scope of engineering and scope of delivery
- Implementation of lessons learnt from previous projects
- Support to lead in day to day technical work
- Preparation of technical inquiries, execution of technical bid evaluation and vendor negotiation
- Conduct technical clarification meetings and prepare final technical bid evaluation
- Conduct kick-off meeting with the supplier and ensure participation of involved parties, as applicable.
- Coordinate and ensure input needed from other disciplines and engineering partners
- Vendor drawings and documents review and managing timely completion of vendor documentation, with support of expediting / lead engineer.
- Co-ordination and execution of orders with suppliers and manufacturers for package units
- Co-ordination with other disciplines (mainly: Project execution, instrumentation, electric, piping, steel structure and civil, erection, safety, documentation, logistic, procurement ),
- Execute pre-inspection meeting and functional inspection with vendors to ensure required quality and delivery time
- Issue of inspection release note (IRN) and ensuring list of carry over work to be executed at site.
- Perform technical release of the supplier invoices including penalty evaluation.
- Site support during package unit installation and commissioning, on need basis.
